Training of foreigners is carried out on a full-time and part-time basis.
Foreigners enter NUHT under accredited educational programs within the vacancies of the licensed volume.
Foreign citizens wishing to enroll in NUHT for personal submission of documents and applications for admission to the competition should apply to the Department of International Relations - Sector for Work with Foreign Citizens (Kyiv, 68 Volodymyrska Street, room B -408).
On the day / correspondence form of education to the university accepted foreigners and stateless persons who have come to study and have a document confirming the receipt of complete secondary education (acquired education and / or education level) and for health reasons can study in ZVO and live in the climatic conditions of Ukraine.
Applicants for visa and visa-free countries to enter Ukraine to study need an Invitation to study, which can be obtained from the Sector for Work with Foreign Citizens. To receive the Invitation, you must submit the following documents:
- A copy of a valid passport with a notarized translation of the page, which indicates the name, patronymic in Ukrainian.
- Document (original and a copy with a notarized translation into Ukrainian) of complete general secondary education with a list of subjects and grades (points) obtained in the exams.
- Consent to the processing of personal data
- Power of attorney to receive the invitation (if the entrant does not pick it up personally, legalized in the country of citizenship of the entrant with a translation into Ukrainian)
Upon arrival in Ukraine, foreign citizens to join NUHT submit the following set of documents:
- Personal questionnaire of the established sample (to be filled in in Sector on work with foreign citizens).
- Passport and its copy with a notarized translation of the page, which indicates the last name, first name, patronymic in Ukrainian in two copies.
- Document (original and a copy with a notarized translation into Ukrainian) of complete general secondary education with a list of subjects and grades (points) obtained in the exams.
- Medical certificate confirming the absence of HIV infection and chest fluorography. In the absence of a certificate, or if the certificate is not recognized in Ukraine, the foreign entrant is obliged to donate blood for analysis for the absence of HIV infection at his own expense.
The document must be issued no later than 2 months before entering Ukraine to study. - Medical certificate of health (original and copy with a notarized translation into Ukrainian), confirming the absence of medical contraindications for living and studying in Ukraine, certified by the official health authority of the country from which the foreign citizen came.
- Birth certificate (copy translated into Ukrainian).
- Photos 3.5 × 4.5 cm (10 pcs.).
- Certificate of submission of a document on education for recognition (nostrification) in Ukraine or Certificate of recognition in Ukraine of a foreign document on education (if any).
The documents specified in p. 3, 4 and 5 must be certified in accordance with the legislation of the country of issue and legalized in the prescribed manner (consular legalization or apostille).
Copies of documents without presentation of originals are not considered.
Documents that do not meet these requirements, are not submitted in full or contain errors and corrections, are not accepted for consideration.
Enrollment of foreigners in NUHT at the appropriate level of higher education is based on the results of entrance examinations in certain subjects and language of instruction and on the basis of academic rights to continue education, provided by the document on the level of education in the country of origin. the right to continue education at the next level of higher education.
The condition for enrolling foreigners to study at NUHT for higher education at the appropriate level is their knowledge of the language of instruction at a level sufficient for the assimilation of educational material, which is confirmed by the results of entrance examinations. If a foreigner does not speak the language of instruction at a sufficient level, the university offers him to undergo language training for admission to the Free Economic Zone of Ukraine at the Preparatory Department.
Foreign citizens who have graduated from the Preparatory Department in higher education institutions of Ukraine, additionally submit a Certificate of Completion of the Preparatory Department.
Foreign citizens who are awarded state scholarships under international agreements, national programs, and other international obligations of Ukraine are enrolled in training within the established quotas for foreigners on the basis of directions from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Documents on the education of foreigners enrolled in education, issued by educational institutions of other countries, undergo the procedure of recognition in Ukraine (nostrification) during the first three months of study.
Based on the results of the recognition procedure, the NUHT decides to continue the education of a foreigner from a level that corresponds to the results of the recognition procedure, or to expel the foreigner.
In case of establishing the inauthenticity of the provided document on the obtained educational level, NUHT expels such a foreigner.
