The Ukrainian Journal of Food Science publishes original scientific articles, short reports, review articles, news and literature reviews on all aspects of food science, technology, engineering, nutrition, chemistry, economics and management.

The results of the research presented in the journal should be new, have a clear connection with food science and be of common interest to the international scientific community.

MANUSCRIPT REVIEW OF THE ARTICLE

All scientific articles submitted for publication in the Ukrainian Journal of Food Science undergo "Double blind review" (the reviewer does not know the author of the article, and, accordingly, the author does not know the reviewer) by at least two scientists appointed by the editorial board: one is a member of the editorial board and one independent scientist. Usually the review time is 4-6 weeks.

Ukrainian Journal of Food Science is included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in technical sciences, which can publish the results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 793 dated 04.07.2014)

Each issue and article is assigned a DOI number (Crossref identifiers of articles)
