The journal "Ukrainian Food Journal" is included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine (category "A") in technical sciences for specialties 133, 144, 162, 181 (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 358 dated 15.03.2019), in which the results of dissertations can be published for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy.

Ukrainian Food Journal publishes original scientific articles, review articles and short reports, review articles, news and literature reviews on all aspects of food science.

Manuscript review of the article

All scientific articles submitted for publication in the Ukrainian Food Journal undergo "Double blind review" (the reviewer does not know the author of the article, and, accordingly, the author does not know the reviewer) by at least two scientists appointed by the editorial board: one is a member of the editorial board and one independent scientist.

Usually the review time is 3 months.
